What sets Bennett Packaging apart?

Bill Sweet: I think what sets Bennett Packaging apart from some of the other companies in the industry is we do a whole range of packaging. We have our own in-house contract packaging division where we do fulfillment displays, packouts, things like that. We run all the way from digital printing, high graphics work, to brown box, we do pretty much everything.

What is the most meaningful change you've seen the packaging industry?

Bill Sweet: Probably the advent of high graphics packaging and digital printing that's come about in the last 5 to 10 years.

How has technology impacted the way Bennett Packaging does business?

Bill Sweet: I am the IT administrator and probably in terms of Amtech and some of the new solutions that they have had, especially with the pandemic over the last couple of years we've had a lot of people move to remote work and a lot of the new software solutions from Amtech have really facilitated that, and made it much easier from an admin standpoint to have people working remotely.

What challenges has Amtech software helped Bennett Packaging to overcome?

Bill Sweet: Like I said, the remote work when that came about, the EnCore package made it much easier for us to have people working remotely, and the flexibility because as I said before we do such a wide range of things, the software is flexible enough to allow us to manage the business all the way from product structures, displays, all the way down to just running a plain brown box.
