2 OPTIONS TO CHOOSE FROM
Backup Service
Fully managed, secure, reliable, and scalable backup solution
- Servers and the data on those servers will be backed up nightly with image-based backups, with a rolling 30-day retention.
- Backups can be provided for both virtual and on-premise environments or a combination of both.
- Up to six (6) file recoveries with proper restoration validation are included per year and in the case of a greater request, an Amtech Engineer will do a check of restored Amtech applications.
- The target is to have your data in your hands within 72 hours. Oftentimes it will be much sooner than this, but the time required is based on internet bandwidth availability, number of servers, amount of data, and file recovery vs. server recovery.
Backup & Restore Service
If a server goes down, gets you back up and running in a hosted virtual environment
- The full scope of our Backup Service plus. . .
- Restoration of your environment to Amtech’s cloud hosted virtual environment for a 3- or 12-month term.
- Reconfiguration of Amtech applications only.
- The target is to have your Encore environment available within 72 hours. This is best effort and based on internet bandwidth availability, number of servers, amount of data, and file recovery vs. server recovery.
- Migration back to your local environment after the hosting term completes.
