A fully managed, secure, reliable, and scalable solution:

  • Nightly image-based backups with a rolling 30-day retention.
  • Backups can be provided for both virtual and on-premise environments or a combination of both.
  • Typical data restoration is completed within 6–8 hours. For high data volumes or complex recoveries, it may take up to 24 hours, depending on factors like your internet bandwidth, number of servers, data volume, and file vs. full-server recovery.

Backup & Restore Service

If a server goes down, this option gets you back up and running in a hosted virtual environment with:

  • Everything in the Backup Service solution, plus…
  • Restoration of your environment in Amtech’s cloud-hosted virtual environment for a 3- or 12-month term.
  • Reconfiguration of Amtech applications.
  • A target timeframe of 24 hours to restore your data—often quicker, depending on your bandwidth, server count, data size, and recovery type.
  • Assistance with migrating back to your local environment after the hosting term ends.
  • Note: Transition costs are billed as Time & Materials. This transition isn’t included in the monthly backup fee.
