Faster Quotes on Repeat and Standard Work
For repeat work, existing CADs, standard shapes, parametric designs, or jobs with general dimensions, Sales can submit an RFQ through Salesforce and Estimating can move directly into AQQ. This allows estimators to work from existing designs and the AQQ shape library without requiring the Design team to prepare every layout.
Approved Designs Become Reusable Assets
When a design is approved, it can be synchronized directly into the AQQ shape library. From there, estimators can use the approved CAD in AQQ for the current quote and reuse it for future opportunities without repeating the full design process.
One Design Record Across Systems
AQQ also helps connect design information across the workflow. The Global Design ID links designs between WebCenter and AQQ, supporting version control and design management. Project status and additional design information can also flow back into Salesforce, giving Sales greater visibility into the progress of an opportunity.
