Phased User Experience Upgrade across all new EnCore upgrades and installations 

As packaging companies pave the way for a new workforce generation of digital-natives, Amtech is increasing our focus on user experience. The first phase of this initiative is launching now (January 2026), introducing refreshed colors and a technical component upgrade that enhances security and performance. In the second half of 2026, Phase 2 will bring a modernized look and feel including a redesigned home screen for improved usability and navigation.  

New & Enhanced Features for EnCore Subscription Customers

ACH Payments – NEW! in January 2026
ACH Payments modernize vendor payments by eliminating manual checks, reducing processing time, and improving accuracy through NACHA-compliant file generation. Secure access controls, batch processing, and automated remittance emails further enhance efficiency and payment visibility.  

Database Purge – Released in October 2025
The Database Purge feature improves performance by safely reducing database size, removing only data without dependent records. Built-in safeguards require a full backup before execution, ensuring historical data remains accessible, with purges available as a self-service option for System Administrators.  

EnCore Tuning Advisor – Released December 2024
The Tuning Advisor helps customers proactively manage database performance by automating indexing and statistics updates, while providing visibility into long-running and blocking queries that can impact system responsiveness.
