Great Lakes Packaging implements Amtech’s Customer Care Portal

President of Amtech Software, Cosmo DeNicola, announces the purchase of Amtech’s Customer Care Portal by Great Lakes Packaging, a corrugated sheet plant located in Germantown, Wisconsin. Utilizing a cloud-based platform, the Customer Care Portal takes the order and production data stored within the Imaginera system and extends it to the customer in a way that is intuitive and easy to use.

 “The Customer Care Portal will allow us to stay connected with customers, and get them what they need faster,” said Daniel Hutton, IT manager for Great Lakes Packaging. “Sharing real-time data is a win-win situation for us because it allows our customers to better manage their accounts and make more timely decisions.”

 The Customer Care Portal features powerful business tools including one-click ordering, instant on-line quotes and live order tracking. Great Lakes Packaging will also be able to receive quality reports, returns or service issues instantaneously from their customers, enhancing their customer service capabilities.
