AMTECH ANNOUNCES NEW CUSTOMER SERVICE TOOLS

After two years of development and millions of dollars of investment, we are proud to rollout our new iServe Customer Engagement Platform.  Our vision for the new Customer Service system is to transform the Customer Experience.  Its value-added features empower users to take their knowledge to new heights and optimize their organization’s use of the system. 

The new, searchable and expanded Knowledge Base includes training materials, module overviews, key functionality, workflow, version release notes, product literature, user conference presentations, and more. It is a living repository where we provide ongoing additions of knowledge articles to continually educate and advance our user community.

Keeping our user community connected was another avenue for continued education and knowledge share, USERS HELPING USERS

Over the years, the way we learn and the delivery methods for learning have changed dramatically.  iServe will provide customers with the capability to leverage these evolving delivery methods.  As we build out our course catalog, we are building a mix of voice-over video and self-paced learning content.  This content will allow users to learn online, complete assessments, and work toward certifications in specific areas or overall mastery (Super User status).

“We set out to transform the 600 locations and 50,000 box makers who use our system everyday by giving all users access to tools to enhance their company and their individual use of our systems” stated Director Michael DeNicola.

To transact business in an efficient manner we are finalizing an Amtech store that facilitates customer ordering and payments for products and services from our online portal.  This catalog will include, but not be limited to computing hardware (laptops, forklift computing, etc.), online training courses and webinars, consulting services, software modules, software licenses, and Cosmo bobble heads (just kidding).
