AMTECH ANNOUNCES NEW "CONCIERGE WHITE GLOVE SERVICE"

Amtech’s new “White Glove” service assigns single and direct point of contact that function as the customer’s partner. Working closely with the Amtech Support and Programming teams to proactively managing the customer’s portfolio of open requests, ongoing education, and utilization of the system.

“We have many clients that desire a higher level of engagement due to their strategic use of mission critical technology and the velocity of its implementation” stated Dominic Sambucci, President of Support & Services “the new Concierge Support System offers this capability.”

The concierge schedules and facilitates meetings with our customer representative team to discuss and work closely with Amtech Programming for enhancement status and rapid turn around and on time and on budget delivery.

Training is also heightened through targeted education delivered electronically. It is also focused on specific areas of targeted workflow and process improvement.
